The Spanish anthem rang again in Casas Novas

Spanish domain and great emotion in the Marqués de Riscal Trophy this afternoon in Casas Novas. The top two podium places were decided in the latest outputs to track. There were only three pairs left when Iñigo López de la Osa stopped surprinsingly the clock: 53.73 seconds that gave him victory. De la Osa, on Tea Star d'Oyale, ate up 22 hundredths from another brilliant performance by Paloma Barceló on Vivaldi d'Hyrencourt (53.95 seconds). This pair, winner yesterday at the Trofeo NH Collection, was finally in second place.
Third place went to another Spanish, Patricia Segura, the only one capable of clocking under the 55.54 seconds with which Marco Oliveira Valente had achieved the best time in the first round of participants, in total more than 60. Segura rode Valseuse of Terlong and stopped the clock in 54.95 seconds. The Portuguese Oliveira, on Upercut Kervee, would eventually classified fourth.
Another big applause from the local audience was when Gonzalo Añón became part of the quintet of winners, on Elisa van de Helle and with a time of 56.21 seconds.
 
 
GREAT ATMOSPHERE WAITING FOR THE GRAND PRIZE
