About the center
Since 2000
The facilities host two international show jumping competitions every year
24 years and more than 40 editions ago, in the summer of 2000, the Casas Novas Equestrian Center welcomed the first international riders into its facilities to compete in what would become the first CSI in A Coruña. It was such a success with riders, public and sponsors that the following year the organizing committee decided to hold a second edition in winter. Thus, in 2001, the two classics of A Coruña were born: the summer outdoor and the winter indoor.
Since 2016, the Winter edition hosts the Longines Fei World Cup.
Casas Novas
More than an equestrian center
Located in Larín, Arteixo, the Casas Novas Equestrian Center has stables for its own horses and for the horses that participate in the competitions organized throughout the year. The jumping areas are the result of collaboration with the best professionals. In addition to classes for children and adults, other activities are organized, such as summer camps, gallop exams, Gymkhanas or Adapted Riding Lessons.
