Horses are now resting at Casas Novas stables

Only a few hours left until the beginning of the winter CSI5 *, the Casas Novas Equestrian Centre is already hosts almost all the horses that will compete during this weekend at the horse riding center in the province of Larin.
The enormous demands of the world circuit lead these horses to travel very long distances throughout the year. That's why many of them have been resting for several days in Casas Novas to recover from the trip and compete in the best possible conditions.
In a calendar in which the volume of high competition is very broad and intense, Casas Novas can boast of having an excellent participation. And is that the best riders classified in the Grand Prix of the Longines Masters of Paris held last weekend will be in Casas Novas. Edwina Tops Alexander, winner of the Grand Prix of Paris and winner of the World Cup last year in A Coruña, will jump with Vinchester and Cinsey. They will also be the second and third place in the Parisian event: the Italian Alberto Zorzi and the Irish Denis Lynch.
The Spanish representation will have its best riders. Among them stand out the three first classified in the Championship of Absolute Spain: Gerardo Menéndez, Laura Roquet and Sara Salom. In addition, there will be Eduardo Álvarez Aznar (1st in the national ranking and 24th in the international ranking), Manuel Fernández Saro, Paola Amilibia, Julio Arias and Iván Serrano. There will also be an extensive Galician participation, among which include the brothers Añón, Jesus Bamonde or Diego Ramos.
VETERINARY INSPECTION
As usual, it is planned that tomorrow, at 3:00 p.m., a complete veterinary inspection will be carried out on all the horses that will participate in the weekend tests. This is a very important task, since it is convenient to review the vaccines, documentation of identification, characteristic features and health status of the animal for identity verification and certification of good treatment of the horse.
In addition to this previous analysis, specialized veterinarians can request antidoping controls for horses that show abnormal symptoms. Also, in each contest the winning horse and another chosen at random are analyzed to guarantee the cleanliness of the competition.
SOLD OUT INVITATIONS
With two days to go before the thirty-seventh edition of the International Jumping Competition to be held at the Casas Novas Equestrian Center in Arteixo, the invitations to attend the sports competition as public have already been exhausted. Since its inception, the CSI ***** of A Coruña has aroused great interest. For this reason, since the organization of the contest has always been facilitated public access through the distribution of free invitations in three places of reference: Kiosk of the Plaza de Ourense (A Coruña), the Arteixo Information Point or the Casas Novas Equestrian Center itself. This year, due to the high demand, the invitations have been sold out in just two days. Therefore, you can not access the Equestrian Center without invitation.
