The CSI 5* most attended at Casas Novas

After holding twelve competitions and the expected spectacle of Santi Serra, the International Show Jumping of Casas Novas closed its thirty-first edition with great success in sports and assistance levels. The most remarkable was the brilliant triumph of the young rider Lisa Nooren in the CSI 5 * Longines Grand Prix, the most important test of the weekend. The Dutch made history in A Coruña and became the youngest winner in history to win the biggest test in Casas Novas, with only 18 years old. Another important name of the weekend was the Canadian Karina Aziz, who won 3 classes: Eroski Center Trophy, Porsche Trophy and the opening test, Casas Novas Trophy. One of the main novelties of this edition was the performance of Santi Serra. The Galician audience could enjoy a representation of the Catalan trainer where Friesian and Arabs horses and also dogs did a spectacular choreography performance. With invitations already sold out days before, the equestrian center from A Coruña welcomed more than 10.500 people during the three days, especially on Friday with the performance by Serra and Saturday with the Grand Prix. CSI has witnessed high-level performances of the participant’s couples, with a total of 96 horse riders and 165 horses. BROADCAST TELEVISION Teledeporte will broadcast the Longines Grand Prix today and the CaixaBank Trophy on Thursday, both emissions at 21 PM.
