Casas Novas Starts Receiving Horses
Another year, the CSI ***** of A Coruña brings the best equestrian sport to Casas Novas. From December 12 to 4 will be the nineteenth edition of the CSI A Coruña, which this year has important news. The most important is that the Longines Grand Prix allocated € 500,000 in prize money and will become one of the most important events on the international calendar.
From 27 to 30 November Madrid Horse Week has hosted a World Cup Jumping and much of its participants have moved to Casas Novas to continue competing. Th horses of the Colombian Carlos Lopez, who just won the World Cup Jumping Madrid, are now resting on the stables of Casas Novas. We can also find the horses of British Robert Whitaker and Yasmin Pinchen, the Swiss Jane Richard Philips, the Italian Francesco Franco, those of the American Ashlee Bond or the Spanish Chechu Torres.
The sport program of the CSI A Coruña is composed of twelve tests that will be played over three days. Four indoor daily tests that will culminate on Saturday at 18pm with Longines Grand Prix. The assembly of the giant tent has already begun and everything has to be ready on Friday December 12th.
