Offel Wins Warsteiner Trophy With Cathleen 28

CSI 5*/2 has started on Friday in Casas Novas, A Coruña where highest level classes took place during the evening and Katherina Offel has been the one to win the first trophy. Offel started on position number 19 and nobody between the 62 horses and riders participating in the Competition could be faster than her. With her horse Cathleen 28, she made the course in 56,28 seconds, although she was facing riders as Steve Guerdat, Jessica Kurten or Jesus Garmendia who ended on 5th position. Second place with a course speed of 56,37 seconds was for the Olympic French rider Michel Robert, one of the favorites riders with his horse Catapulte. Third position was for the Japanese Eiken Sato with his horse Viva and a course of 56,41 seconds.
