Longines Grand Prix on Saturday will have the best pairs of the circuit

Horse-jumping supporters have this weekend at Casas Novas a unique opportunity to see up close and compete with each other to the best binomials of the circuit.
One of the star appointments is undoubtedly the Longines Grand Prix, which will be attended by the most laureates riders and horsewomen of the circuit already enrolled in the list of participants, which has national champions, Olympic participants, winners of past editions and the more fit binomials.
Longines Grand Prix has already had great moments in A Coruña, as the victory of Lisa Nooren riding Vdl Groep Sabech d'Ha in the last edition, with only 18 years, or Leopold Van Asten, winner with VDL Groep Zidane in 2014, which made him the first rider to win the Summer and Winter Grand Prix the same year.
The trophy will be disputed by jump with obstacles height of 1.60 meters, the highest of the competition, which will require maximum skill, technique and concentration on the part of the riders and their horses.
The competition is also one of the races that the International Equestrian Federation will count as scoring for its ranking.
The importance of this Grand Prize is also reflected in its economic value, since it distributes a total of 270,000 euros in prizes, a figure that places it among the highest on the international scene.
The Longines Grand Prix can be enjoyed live in Casas Novas on Saturday from 8.30 pm and the invitations, as usual, can be collected free at the Tourist Information point of A Coruña, at María Pita Square, and at the Municipal Tourist Office Of Arteixo, among others.
