Epaillard does not give truce and wins the Prosegur Trophy in Casas Novas

"All good thing come in threes," must have thought Julien Epaillard when Safari d'Auge began to gallop on the Casas Novas arena in the Prosegur Trophy. And so he did. The Frenchman left off his rivals with a clear and fast course, which has served him to celebrate his third victory in the CSI4* A Coruña. His time, 57.93 seconds, was impossible to overcome for the 15 binomials that were left.

Eric van der Vleuten, would finish second on the back of Quivive S Z, with 58.44 seconds and Gudrun Patteet, who has once again demonstrated she likes challenges, was third with Sea Coast Ferly in a time of 60.11 seconds. She climbed again to the podium after being second yesterday in the Trophy Longines and second, and also in the Trophy Massimo Dutti. The best ranked Spanish rider in this class was Julio Arias, being sixth, behind Abdel Saïd and Robert Olivier.

Now comes the most awaited class: the CaixaBank Grand Prix - Tyco Trophy, that will test the concentration and dexterity of the world's best binomials in A Coruña with a height of 1.60 meters under the Two Rounds scale. They will pass to the second round the 11 best classified of the first one, in a journey in which speed, beauty and excitement will allied to put the finishing touch to a new edition of the CSI4*. The Spanish representatives have an extra incentive, since the best classified in the Grand Prix will receive the Tyco Trophy.
